Opportunity to Become a CoHE Specialist for Science and Literature Graduates. Until recent years, FEAS and SBF graduates could apply for assistant specialist positions.
However, there has been an increase in the number of public institutions that grant the right to apply to graduates of departments other than this department.
As it may be recalled, previously, the Ministry of Finance allowed the graduates of Engineering programs and the Faculties of Education, Science and Letters to apply for the positions of assistant tax inspectors in the departments of Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Science and Technology.
With the regulation published in today's Official Gazette, YÖK became one of the institutions that granted the right to apply to graduates of engineering, education and science and literature faculties.
Higher Education Council Specialization regulation was published in the Official Gazette dated 14 November 2013.
Among the application conditions of the regulation, the following provision was included:
“c) To graduate from a law school that provides at least four years of undergraduate education and from political sciences, economics, business administration, economics and administrative sciences, engineering, education and science-literature faculties, or from higher education institutions in the country or abroad whose equivalence is accepted by the Higher Education Council. ”
Accordingly, in addition to social departments, graduates of engineering, education and science-literature faculties will also be able to apply for the announcement.
On the other hand, this published regulation shows that YÖK will make an announcement shortly.
