As it is known, biosensor technologies are entering our lives at an incredible speed. Especially in the fields of health, food, agriculture, environment and bio-security, they have become more and more needed technologies. Naturally, these rapid developments have greatly increased the market share of bio-sensing technologies. Today, this market has exceeded 20 billion USD annually.
While researches, patent applications and commercial product developments in the field of biosensors in other countries of the world are advancing at full speed, highly distinguished, value-added and widespread studies are carried out in our country. Especially in recent years, our scientists, who have been doing research in many universities of our country in the field of biosensors, introduce and publish the systems they have developed in high quality journals.
Therefore, at this point we have come to; Now, the need for a national congress where all researchers doing research on biosensors can share and discuss their knowledge, share new ideas and create joint projects that will bring our country to the best point in this field has become inevitable.
On this occasion, I am very honored to invite you to the "I. National Biosensor Congress" that we will organize at our university between 22-26 June 2014.
Biochemistry, chemistry, biotechnology, nanotechnology, etc. We are already very excited to discuss and share new ideas about biosensors with such a wide research area, where many branches of science work together.
Within the scope of the congress, speeches, oral and poster presentations of our distinguished scientists in the national and international community will be held.
In addition, it is planned to bring together all our scientists who conduct research on biosensors under one roof and to form a supreme committee that will represent biosensors in every platform nationally.
